When we look to others to confirm for us that we are ENOUGH...

We outsource our harmony.

That puts an unfair expectation on those around us.

They will love us as they are able to love us.

They will see us as they are able to see us.

They will value us as they are able to value us.

We need to help them understand through our own love, how we feel love, how we see love, how we value love.

And, by  love, I mean all various aspects of connection.

Think about the ways that YOU look for others to confirm that you are enough...

What are the ways that you look to others to comfort your ego?

Do you encourage it with fear, with arrogance, or with certainty?

The concept of "love yourself" is true.

I must  be the the primary caretaker of my ego.

If I truly believe that I am enough, then I will be able to feel the love that is offered so generously and graciously by those around me

If I question my own worth, then I will end up blaming all of those around me for not making me feel worthy.

You can't outsource your own harmony.

You are the only one that can sustainably create it.

A state of harmony... The believe that we are enough is not a goal we reach, nor a box we check...

A state of harmony and the believe that I am enough is a believe that we must remind ourselves of often...

Everyday...

Every moment....

The thought that I am enough., becomes the core of my absolute truth... and allows me the possibility to sincerely help everyone around me reach the same conclusion... and allows me to receive and feel their love...

It allows me to own my own harmony.

You can't outsource it.
