The absolute truth, the core and nucleus of the moment, is composed of both the truth we can see, and the truth that we cannot see.
How can we possibly embrace the absolute truth if we cannot see the whole truth?
We must be willing to ask questions...
We must embrace every moment with the knowledge that there are truths we cannot see...
We must ask questions even when we think we know the answer.
And, the hardest part, is that we have to listen for the part of the answer that suggests a new thought.
Human nature makes us hear only the part of the answer that we already know. This is so that we can say, "I already knew that". It makes us feel smart, but actually keeps us from getting really smart.
We must step into each moment humble enough with the knowledge that there is truth that we cannot see, and go find it.
It's not always possible, however. I watch people standing right on top of the truth they cannot see. It is verbalized to them. Sometimes, they even repeat it but still dont see it.
This is part of our imperfection as human beings, and part of what makes harmony for some, so elusive.
Thinking back to "lateral thinking" the grooves are cut so deep into the jello of your brain, that you just CANNOT see it any other way than the way you currently see it.
Be crazy aware and curious to find the truths that you don't see...
When we finally do see them, breakthroughs happen...
And a whole new level of understanding leads to a different level of respect... and a whole new level of happiness and satisfaction.
BEWARE & BE AWARE of the truths you don't see...
DEVELOP the discipline to find them....
ACCEPT that we will never get them all...
Yours in the pursuit of harmony,
Nestor
