The concepts of harmony are universally understood. They have been around forever.
I have not created anything new - but simply am sharing the interpretation of what is already known through my story and my perspective.
I came across a verse from "Mooji", otherwise known as Anthony Paul Moo-Young. He was a spiritual teacher from Jamaica. He studied from Papaji who was a student of Advaita Vedanta which is from the Hindu culture. It is a philosophical study of the self.
I know little to nothing about any of that history nor teachings. "Harmony" is my explanation of the lessons that life has taught me. Nearly 1,500 years ago the roots of "the self" were being studied in the Hindu religion. It's the search that unifies across time, despite technology and innovation. It's the truth that binds us.
The verse from Mooji captures the essence of harmony so uniquely and so completely. It moves me. I feel like I have discovered the secret that so many already know but that too few practice. Knowing it is easy. Living it is the challenge and the gift.
I often start my talks including the words, "I am not a teacher. I am your fellow student in life." It all starts with our ability to understand the "absolute truth" which is the nucleus of the moment. The level to which we understand what "IS" is the level to which we can begin to achieve harmony...
Please know that I am not comparing myself to Mooji. I am comparing the similarities in the lessons that I have learned from harmony to the conclusions that he found through his life.
Mooji's words...
"I am not a teacher.
A teacher has something to teach.
I am only pointing out what is being missed while you look elsewhere for what is ever present.
I see needless suffering which is paradoxically needed till the TRUE is seen.
What is REAL cannot be learned.
It has only to be recognized in the heart."
Mooji
Put harmony into your words... and integrate it into your life,
