Close your eyes for a moment and smile...

It's all related...

Every aspect of our lives...

Every thought that crosses our mind...

Every stressor

Every pleasure

Every fear

Every ambition

It is not hard to get overwhelmed by all of it...

Specially by the pressure of the ever-increasing tactical everyday STUFF...

Take a deep breath...

No, a really deep breath...

 

Close your eyes and smile...

Do this a couple of times... It's like a momentary vacation.

Keep it simple.  

Focus on gratitude.

Push back against the noise.

Yesterday in the steam room, as I tried to turn off the world, 

I noticed my heart beat... pounding on my chest...

That muscle that pumps the blood through my body, that makes my breathing...

and EVERYTHING possible.

I listened to my heart and felt its strength... and was mindful of its borrowed functionality...

And, I was grateful...

My heart was pumping...

My blood was FLOWING... 

My life was happening...

For a brief moment...

In Silence.

FLOW mindful of harmony...

FLOW filling with gratitude...
